fermacell™ 1200 SR is designed for underfloor heating systems to provide a low profile floor panel that can be used in both new build and retrofit projects. Each panel is 18mm thick and 1200mm x 600mm with routed straight and return grooves spaced at 150mm centres to receive a 12mm underfloor heating pipe.
The fermacell™ 18 board is manufactured using a high performance, non-flammable fermacell® Gypsum fibreboard
