The Terms and Conditions detailed below are broad and applicable to both our trade and consumer customers. By using the London Underfloor Heating Suppliers website you acknowledge your agreement to these conditions. Should you not agree then you will not be able to place orders through our website and recommend contacting us as info@undefloorheating.com with any queries you have.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Should an occasion arise whereby at the time of processing your order the product you have ordered subsequently turns out to be unavailable for reasons that it is not in stock, it is a discontinued item and we have insufficient stock to fulfil your complete order or we cannot meet your delivery date then we will immediately inform you by email or phone and offer an alternative of at least equivalent price and quality or a refund.

WARRANTIES

Unless otherwise stated, where warranties are offered on products advertised on our website, these warranties are offered by the manufacturer and not by London Underfloor Heating Suppliers. In the event of any claims under the product warranty, we are happy to facilitate communications between you the customer and the manufacturer but any claims will be handled directly by the manufacturer.

OWNERSHIP

Ownership of products ordered will only be transferred to you once full payment has been received for products ordered including any delivery charges. The products will remain at our risk until they come into your possession or a person you have assigned to take delivery of the goods.
